Sounds Good Agency privacy policy

These privacy policies apply to the use of software, websites, newsletters, manuals and other services or products, including events (“Services”), provided, operated or organized by the company Sounds good agency, s.r.o., ID number: 07547455, Headquarters: Cyrilská 508/ 7, Brno 60200, Czech Republic (“Sounds Good Agency” or “we”).

If you register for our Services or if you or your employer use them, and if you apply for a job with us and if you provide services to us, we work with your personal data according to the following rules:

(1) What personal data do we work with?

With your email address and other information you provide when registering for our Services (for example, when you sign up for a newsletter or a webinar or to test our new service, or when you order an e-shop from us) and when using our Services or with data , which you give us when you apply for a job with us or with data about our cooperation if you supply us with services.

(2) Who works with your data?

(3) Why do we work with your data?

(A) To provide you with the Services you have ordered. For example, when you sign up for a newsletter, we will send you news about us, our Services, our partners and their services. Such processing is necessary to fulfill the contract with you.

(B) To enable us to provide you with the Services ordered by your employer. For example, if you communicate with us on behalf of an employer, we will work with your contact details. This is our legitimate interest.

(C) To promote and improve the Services. If you use our Services, for example if you register for our event, we will inform you from time to time about news about this event or about similar Services. This applies even if you do not subscribe to the newsletter. However, you can refuse to receive newsletters at any time. If you participate in our event, we may use your photo from the event for promotion. Promoting and improving the Services is our legitimate interest.

(D) To protect our rights. For example, if you license your contribution to us, we need to retain your identifying information. This is our legitimate interest.

(E) To negotiate with you about your employment with us.

(F) To comply with our legal obligations. For example, if you unsubscribe from the newsletter, we will work with this information so that we no longer send you rejected newsletters.

(G) To enable us to fulfill and draw your contract for supplies to us. This is the fulfillment of the contract and our legitimate interest.

(4) How long we will work with the data

We will process the data for purpose (A) until you unsubscribe from the newsletter or other Service or stop using such Service.

We will work with the data for purpose (B) until your employer opts out of sending newsletters or another Service or stops using such Service or until we learn that you no longer work for an employer that uses our Services.

We will work with the data for purpose (C) as long as our legitimate interest lasts or you do not legitimately object to such processing.

We will work with the data for purpose (D) as long as our legitimate interest lasts or you do not rightfully refuse such processing, but no longer than 5 years from your last communication with us or from the end of the contract between us.

We will work with the data for purpose (E) as long as we are dealing with your work with us, but no longer than 6 months after your last communication with us.

We will work with the data for purpose (F) as long as the legal obligation lasts.

We will work with the data for the purpose (G) as long as you provide us with services or goods

(5) Where do we work with your data?

In the EU. If we transfer data outside the EU, their protection will be ensured according to standard contractual clauses or in the regime of the decision on Privacy Shield, a cooperation program with the USA - more information is available on the website of the European Commission.

(6) Your rights

Legal regulations on the protection of personal data guarantee you various rights in the area of ​​personal data protection: To the extent that the regulations on the protection of personal data - in particular the GDPR - guarantee you this, you can request from us access to your personal data (i.e. information about which of your specific data we work with and how we work with them), restriction of the processing of your data (this means that we will not delete the data yet, but we will not work with it) and their correction and deletion (always if the legal conditions for this are met), you can also raise an objection against processing and you can exercise the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the above contact details - the easiest is to send us an email at info@soundsgood.cz and we will be happy to help you exercise your rights. If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates legal regulations, you can file a complaint with the national supervisory authority (For the Czech Republic www.uoou.cz ).

Objections to processing : If you do not agree with us using your data to send newsletters, you can refuse this. The easiest way is to use the link that is in every newsletter, or you can send us an objection by email or letter, and if it is technically possible, then also during registration. If you refuse such processing, we will stop sending you newsletters. You can also refuse other processing based on legitimate interest and we will limit it unless we demonstrate serious and qualified legitimate reasons for the processing.
